Come do Yoga at sunrise with me in historic Winchester, VA. I'll be coming into town as part of the Cadre Dan Ride. No experience necessary as this will serve as a great warm-up for the 12 Miler that follows this event. Tactical Yoga is a discipline-based yoga system built on structural stability, mobility, recovery, and the Inspirational Warrior mindset.
